Delivery time for In-stock furniture is 1-3 weeks. Delivery time for made-to-order products is dependent on production lead time in our factory. You will be contacted once the order is ready to ship.
It is your responsibility that the order can be received. It is important to have 2 people available on the day of the delivery to receive the products. We reserve the right to deliver at curbside.
The transit box is part of the purchase contract and a return is only accepted with the furniture repacked in the original packaging and transit box.
We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If you need to make a return, please contact our sales support who will help arrange a pick-up of your return. You will be responsible for return shipping and delivery charges.
