For in-stock furniture, the delivery time is typically 1-3 weeks. The delivery time for made-to-order products is dependent on the production lead time in our factory. Rest assured, you will be contacted once your order is ready to be shipped.

Upon delivery, it is important to carefully inspect the products to ensure that you have received the items you ordered and that there are no visible damages. If everything is in order, the carrier will request your signature as proof of receipt.

However, if the packaging is damaged or shows any visible signs of defects, please sign for the receipt with reservations regarding potential product damages.

If a product is damaged or defective upon unwrapping, please contact our sales support immediately. To facilitate the process, please reach out to our sales support within 2 days of receiving the product, providing proof of the faulty item and including photographs. Delivery of made-to-order products

The delivery time for made-to-order products is “ex works,” which means that the product will be finished in production and shipped from our factory. When your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to provide the necessary information. The actual delivery time depends on the production time plus shipping time to your location.
