Marcel Olsen Outlet products are sold as warehouse clearance, end-of-line and limited-availability stock.
Many customers choose to visit our outlet in Catral, Alicante to view, purchase and collect items in person on the same day.
For customers unable to visit the warehouse, we also offer delivery across mainland Spain and selected European countries as a separate convenience service.
Outlet & Warehouse Purchases
Items purchased directly from our warehouse outlet are treated as in-store purchases.
Customers have the opportunity to inspect products before taking them away.
As outlet products are sold as clearance and limited-availability stock, purchases are generally considered final sale.

Delivery Orders
For customers unable to visit our warehouse outlet, we can arrange delivery across mainland Spain and selected European countries as a separate convenience service.
Delivery is typically completed within 1–4 business days in Spain and 3–10 business days across Europe, depending on location.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once dispatched
- Delivery services are carried out by third-party transport providers
- Large furniture deliveries are made to the building entrance
- Outlet and clearance items are sold on a final-sale basis
Returns
Marcel Olsen Outlet products are sold as warehouse clearance, outlet and limited-availability stock.
For this reason, purchases are generally treated as final sale and are not intended for trial use, temporary use or home approval purposes.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product photos, dimensions, materials, descriptions and condition details before purchasing.
Our team is always happy to answer questions before ordering and help confirm whether a product is suitable for your space and requirements.
Requests relating to personal preference, change of mind, colour variation, comfort preference or suitability after use or assembly may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or with visible transport damage, you must notify us on the day of delivery.
This is required so that transport-related issues can be reported correctly with the delivery provider.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of any visible damage
Claims reported after the delivery day may not be eligible for transport-related compensation.
Our team will review the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
