How is my furniture delivered?
Our delivery service is limited to curbside only. This means that our delivery team will bring your order to the curb outside your location, but they are unable to bring items inside or to specific areas of your property. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan accordingly for receiving your delivery.

Where is your furniture delivered from?
All our furniture is shipped directly from our factory in sunny Alicante, Spain.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery Times:
In-Stock Orders:
Choose Priority Shipping (€19.95 flat rate), and your order will typically arrive within 3-7 working days (excluding holidays). If you're not in a rush, our Free (Slow) Shipping option delivers within 14-21 working days (excluding holidays).
You'll see an estimated delivery date clearly at checkout—but keep in mind, external factors like weather or carrier delays might occasionally cause slight adjustments. Rest assured, we're always working hard to get your furniture home as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
Pre-Orders:
Items marked as pre-order will ship on the specified date shown on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship together on the later date. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us.
Europe (Non-EU):
In-stock items generally ship from our Spanish facility within 2 business days and arrive within 10 business days. Import duties are prepaid, and we handle all necessary documentation. While customs clearance is typically efficient, occasional delays may occur during peak periods.
Large Furniture Items:
For larger items, such as MO77 and MO90, delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks.
How is my furniture delivered?
To maintain the efficiency of our delivery service and respect your privacy, our couriers will deliver your furniture directly to your doorstep without entering your home. That means that on the day of delivery, you will be notified that your furniture will be with you shortly. The delivery driver will bring your items to the first door of your building, and you will not be required to sign for your parcels.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Inspect Your Order:
Carefully check the package and its contents for any damage or missing items as soon as it arrives.
Signing for Delivery:
If everything looks good, the carrier will ask for your signature to confirm receipt.
Damaged Package:
If the packaging shows signs of damage, please sign for it while noting the damage on the receipt. This documentation is important for any potential claims.
If You Can’t Check the Contents:
If you're unable to inspect the package's contents at the time of delivery, write on the delivery receipt that the package appears damaged. This notation helps with any shipping claims if you later discover damage.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you find damaged or defective items after opening the package, contact our Sales Support team immediately. Please include photos of the packaging and contents, and remember to keep all original packaging for reference.
