Marcel Olsen provides a regulatory 2-year warranty for standard products within the MO-77, MO-90, and MO-150 collections against defects in materials and workmanship.
In addition, we include an extended warranty of 8 years, bringing the total warranty period to 10 years.
This extended warranty offers coverage beyond the initial 2-year standard warranty.
For the Casco collection and accessories, the regulatory warranty period is 2 years.
The warranty on all collections does not cover ordinary tear, wear, or damage.
The warranty becomes void if any subsequent changes are made to the product.
NOTE: Product defects will be addressed through repair or replacement of parts, at the exclusive discretion of Marcel Olsen.
A purchase invoice is mandatory when filing a claim under the warranty.
HOW TO BRING EXTENDED WARRANTY INTO FORCE?
In order to bring your extended warranty into force, you have to register the order ID number within three (3) months from the date of purchase.
